Payment Methods

In order to complete the application process and secure a place in the program, candidates who already received the letter of acceptance must pay the participation fee to Israel Beyond the Headlines before the registration deadline through any of the payment methods below. All other fees must be paid directly to the Rothberg International School as indicated on the documentation that is sent along with the acceptance letter.

An early bird discount of 10% on the tuition fee of one course in the summer program (US$189) is available for participants who complete their application and payment by February 15, 2023.

We strongly recommend participants in our summer program to take part in all three CME courses as they are designed to complement each other and together offer a much more complete and valuable experience.

Please note that the program fee is non-refundable in the case of cancellation by the participant, as it is used for booking and to ensure that the program you chose has the required number of participants. By paying this fee you are accepting the terms and conditions of the program.

The participation fee will be refunded, deducting fees charged by the bank or PayPal for the payment and reimbursement transactions, only if we are forced to cancel the program, or if you have registered for the IN-PERSON version of our program and:

1. The Israeli government denies entrance to Israel to citizens of your country.
2. A travel warning is issued by your country’s government that prohibits its citizens from traveling to Israel.
